By bus

The 22 bus runs along Evington Main Street.

If you are coming from the direction of the city centre (travelling south), get off at the Evington Main Street stop and cross over at the pedestrian crossing just ahead. Keep walking then turn right down High Street. In a short distance you come to a T junction at the end. Turn right into Church Road. St Denys is a short way along on the right.

Coming from the opposite direction (travelling north), get off at the Evington Main Street stop and walk back in the direction you came from until you come to High Street on the right. Turn down High Street. In a short distance you come to a T junction at the end. Turn right into Church Road. St Denys is a short way along on the right.

By car and parking

From the A6 (London Road)

Turn onto Evington Road. The junction with Evington Road is almost opposite the northern end of Victoria Park, opposite a junction with Granville Road (which leads to De Montfort Hall). Drive 2 miles down Evington Road. It changes names after just over a mile and becomes Evington Lane. About a mile after that, just past a golf course on the right, it becomes Main Street. Drive a short way, past the shops, until you come to a small roundabout. Take the second exit, Church Road.

As you drive down Church Road, look out for the St Denys car park sign on the left. When you walk out of the car park, cross over Church Road, turn left, and you will shortly see St Denys on your right.

From the B582 (coming from the Oadby direction)

Just past the Cow and Plough pub, turn right onto Shady Lane. It becomes Church Road at a small roundabout near St Denys Church. Drive straight on at the roundabout (first exit), past St Denys church on your left, and park in the church car park a short way along on your right.

When you walk out of the car park, cross over Church Road, turn left, and you will shortly see St Denys on your right.
