We have a well-equipped children’s corner at the back of the church with books and games, as well as plenty of paper and crayons. You are most welcome to make use of this area during any of our services.

Prior to Covid-19, we ran an Eco Club which we hope to do so again, in the not too distant future. It was a truly wonderful time of hearing Bible stories, praying and singing. Activities included Bible study, art and craft, outdoor fun and working on the Eco Club Garden with coats and wellies!!). The end was a sharing time and sometimes we joined the whole church to sing together and go out with God’s blessing. Keep your eyes open for when we start this again or something similar.
For young people in Year 7 upwards we have a youth group that runs on alternate Friday evenings in the Parish Centre where you can come along and play pool, table football or challenge your friends to a game on the Wii.
On alternate Thursday evenings, there is Holy Unplugged, where we come together for an hour to spend some time singing acoustic contemporary worship songs in a relaxing environment, accompanied by large floor pillows and fairy lights! We also have sessions throughout the year that focus on mental health and well being and explore faith by looking at topics such as ‘The Shack’ by William P Young, and Harry Potter.
In the past, some of us have gone to Soul Survivor (a Christian Youth Camp) and in future will be going to Satellites, the new summer camp run by Youthscape.
